1. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times typically range from 7-15 business days for delivery. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

Returns&Refund
1. In the event of any issues with your order, excluding public holidays or force majeure events, our dedicated customer service team is here to assist you. 2. You have the flexibility to cancel an order or update the shipping address at any time before the products are shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to process refunds or address changes.

1. Countries that we can ship with DHL/UPS/DDP Method, it doesn’t request you do customs clearance and no duties for you.
- USA/CA – UPS Express (except Alaska and Hawaii)
